My period is few days late and i have this mild ache in lower stomach since yesterday. Im not sure if its pms or something else. Did any of you feel stomach ache before you found out?
I had light cramps before my missed period and thought it was just PMS, turned out pregnant. So it can be, but it confused me a lot. Best to test na, dont just guess.
Mild lower cramps can be an early sign but its not definite, lots of things cause stomach ache. Dont go by this alone. Wait for the missed period and test properly.
My doctor said mild cramps can happen in early pregnancy around implantation, similar to period cramps. But stomach ache alone isnt a reliable sign, it can be gas or period too. The only way to know is a test after a missed period.
