Im around 6 weeks and getting these mild pulling cramps on and off, kind of like before periods. It scared me a bit honestly. I'll mention it to my gynac next visit but wanted to know if others felt this too in the start?
Omg I googled this same thing every single day in my first month haha. The dull cramp is usually fine na but I always kept my doc number ready just in case. You are not alone in worrying.
Mild pulling type cramps can be normal in the beginning. But please, if the pain is sharp or one sided, or you see bleeding, dont wait at home, call your doctor immediately. I learnt this the hard way.
Light cramps yes, totally normal early on. With both pregnancies I had that on-off twinge. But heavy period like pain with spotting is different, that you get checked.
I felt mild cramps in my early weeks and got so scared, kept thinking something is wrong. My gynac said light cramping is common as the uterus is changing. It calmed me a lot to hear that.
Thoda cramping is your body adjusting, very common. Just rest, drink water and dont lift heavy. If anything feels too much, ring your gynac, no shame in asking.
