My period is 4 days late and since yesterday im having loose motions and a dull tummy ache. Havent tested yet. Could this be an early sign or am i just reading too much into it?
I keep noticing every little thing too, trying since few months. From what people told me, a test after a missed period is the only real way to know. The tummy stuff can be anything.
Not really a reliable sign honestly. Pregnancy usually shows up as a missed period, nausea, sore breasts. Loose motions are more often food or stomach bug. Wait for your period date and take a test.
Some women do get a sensitive tummy early on with hormone changes, mild loose stools happened to me. But pain plus diarrhea together is usually just an upset stomach, not a clear pregnancy sign.
If the stomach pain is strong or the loose motions arent stopping and you feel weak or dehydrated, please see a doctor, dont just keep guessing pregnancy. Stay hydrated meanwhile.
