My period is 4 days late and since yesterday I have this mild pulling pain in my lower stomach. Not very strong but I keep noticing it. Trying not to get my hopes up but wondering if anyone felt stomach pain as an early sign?
Mild lower tummy cramps or bloating can be an early sign, yes. But stomach pain alone isnt proof, could be gas or period too. Take a test after missed period to actually confirm.
Mild cramping can be normal early on. But sharp or severe pain is not something to brush off, that needs a doctor. One symptom alone doesnt confirm pregnancy, a test does.
