I had a fibroid during my pregnancy and it sounds scarier than it often is, but it really depends on size and position. My gynac monitored it closely with scans. Please dont rely on internet answers for this, your doctor needs to track yours specifically.
Try not to panic from what you read online. Fibroids behave differently for each woman, and only your gynac can say if yours needs watching. Ask her directly about size and any precautions.
My doctor explained that subserosal ones grow on the outer side of the uterus and usually cause less trouble than the inner types. Many women carry to term with them just fine. Still she kept checking it on every scan, so follow up regularly.
