My gynac started me on progesterone last week as im around 7 weeks now. Honestly i get nervous taking anything during this time even when doc has prescribed it. Just wanted to hear from others who took it, did it go fine for you?
I was also nervous when my doc gave progesterone, kept wondering if its okay. She reassured me its given to lots of women early on. Did anyone else feel sleepy on it though?
In my IVF pregnancy progesterone was a must, I took it for weeks. Its given to support the pregnancy so its safe when prescribed, please dont start or stop on your own though.
Both times I had progesterone in first trimester, gynac said its just support. Safe haan, but always follow exactly what your doc tells, dont skip doses.
I was on progesterone support in early pregnancy, doc prescribed it because of some spotting. It was totally fine for me and baby. But only take it if your own doctor has written it for you.
