I made arbi sabzi yesterday out of habit and then suddenly got worried after eating. Im in my second trimester. Is taro fine to keep eating or should i avoid it?
We make arbi often and I ate it well cooked during pregnancy. My mom said cook it properly so it doesnt cause acidity. In normal amounts it was fine for me.
I used to overthink every vegetable honestly. For taro I just made sure it was fully cooked and had small portions. If your tummy handles it fine, no need to worry too much.
