My mom swears by nariyal pani and keeps sending me one every morning while we are trying. Im not sure if it really does anything for conceiving or its just a feel good thing. Curious what others think.
I drink it because its refreshing and natural, way better than sugary juices. Along with a bit of walking and good food it just keeps you healthy. But conceiving depends on lot more, so dont rely only on it.
Beta nariyal paani is good for the body, keeps you cool and hydrated, no harm in it. But dont think one drink will do the work. Eat balanced, stay healthy, and let the doctor guide if you are trying for long.
In our home tender coconut water is loved, its hydrating and light on the stomach. It wont magically make you conceive but its a healthy drink overall. For actual fertility stuff, my doctor was the one I trusted, not just food beliefs.
Its a healthy hydrating drink, thats about it, no proven link to actually conceiving. By all means enjoy it as part of a good diet. If you have been trying a while though, a fertility check up matters more than any single food.
