Im around 7 weeks and feeling a dull ache in my lower back already. I always thought back pain comes later when pet badhta hai. Is it normal this early or am i overthinking?
Many women do experience mild back pain in early pregnancy due to hormonal changes and ligaments loosening. But if it's severe, persistent, or accompanied by other symptoms like spotting or fever, you should definitely check with your gynac. It's always best to be on the safer side.
Arre haan, bilkul! Back pain is so common in the first trimester. Meri kamar toh akkad jaati thi sometimes. Just gentle stretches and walking thoda thoda helps. Don't lift heavy things, aur rest karo jab man kare. Tension mat lo, it's just your body preparing!
Mild back pain is quite normal because your body is changing and adapting. You can try some gentle stretches, warm compress, or a light massage. Avoid standing for too long. However, if the pain is very sharp, radiating, or gets worse, please consult your gynac right away. Listen to your body always.
Haan haan, back pain toh common hai early pregnancy mein. Meri saas bhi kehti thi normal hai, body change ho rahi hai na. Thoda rest karo aur garam paani ki bottle se sek lo, kabhi kabhi aram mil jaata hai. Par zyada ho toh doc ko bata dena.
With PCOS, sometimes we tend to feel more aches and pains anyway, so in pregnancy it can be even more noticeable. Mild back pain is often normal due to hormones and ligament changes, but if it's really bothering you or feels different, best to mention it to your gynac. They can rule out anything else.
