Saw a tiny bit of spotting today and got really worried, im just 6 weeks. Planning to call my doctor tomorrow but in the meantime my mind is racing. Did anyone here have some bleeding early on?
Light spotting can happen in early pregnancy, often called implantation bleeding, its usually pinkish or brown and lasts a day or two. But heavy bright red bleeding is not normal, that needs immediate doctor attention.
Some spotting can be okay, but please dont take bleeding lightly. I had bleeding early on and my gynac wanted to scan immediately to rule out problems. Always get it checked to be safe.

This one is close to my heart. Light spotting often turns out fine, but after my earlier loss I never ignored any bleeding. If you are bleeding, please ring your gynac and get a scan, dont sit and worry alone.
Mild early spotting is fairly common and not always a bad sign. That said, any bleeding in pregnancy is worth a quick call to your doctor, especially if its heavy or with cramps. Better safe.
