Is there any chance to get conceived after periods?
We are trying for a baby and im trying to understand my timing better. If we were together just a couple days after my period ended, can i still get pregnant from that? a bit confused about how it works honestly.
My doctor explained that conception is most likely around ovulation, roughly two weeks before the next period in a regular cycle. Right after periods the chance is lower but not zero, since sperm can survive a few days. If your cycle is irregular, she suggested tracking ovulation.
We are newly married and trying, so i was wondering the same thing shyly. From what i read the days after period leading to mid cycle are the better chance. Still learning all this honestly.
I was tracking this exact thing when we started trying. Yes there is a chance, especially the days closer to ovulation which is usually mid cycle. An ovulation kit helped me figure out my fertile window.
