Quite common ma. My mother told me same thing, body just changes. But anything with itching or burning, please dont try home stuff, just check with your gynac once to be safe.
Haan I noticed this so early, even before my test was positive. I felt scared first but my gynac said thin milky white discharge is totally normal in starting. Only worry if it smells bad or itches.
Yes it happens, both my pregnancies started like this. As long as its white and odourless, dont stress. If it turns green, yellow or with bad smell then show your doctor, that needs treatment.

I had this and because of my pcos history I got a bit anxious. White is usually ok but I always tell people, if there is any unusual colour or pain, get it checked, no harm in asking doctor.
