Haan yaar mere legs used to ache early on, actually i thought i was just tired but it was the pregnancy. Thoda massage and putting a pillow under legs at night helped. If it feels sharp or one sided though, get it seen.
Mild leg pain and cramps in early pregnancy is normal, mostly from hormones and circulation changing. Stay hydrated and dont sit cross legged too long. But if one leg gets swollen, red or really painful, get it checked, dont ignore that.
I had achy legs early on and my gynac said gentle walking and light leg stretches help, which they did. Just dont overdo it. Calcium and water intake also made a difference for me.
Yes! I felt this heavy achy feeling in my legs in the early weeks and i was so confused. Turned out its quite common with all the hormone changes. Stretching a little and resting my legs up helped me feel better.
A little aching can be normal but i'll say this carefully, if the pain is in one calf, with swelling or warmth, please call your doctor same day. I learnt to take leg pain seriously. Normal both-leg tiredness is usually fine though.
