When I had gestational diabetes I realized how even small things need strict medical advice. Any bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy should be checked by your doctor immediately. Pls don't try any home remedies for this, just call your gynac.
My tracker app also said implantation bleeding is common in week 4 or 5. But the app clearly warned that any actual bleeding needs a doctor's visit. Pls call your clinic and tell them, they might ask you to do an ultrasound.
