Everyone says walk walk walk, so i do almost an hour daily. But by evening my pet feels heavy and kamar pains thoda. Am i overdoing it? how much is too much yaar.

Don't worry, walking is actually great but you shouldn't exhaust yourself. When my kid was inside, I used to walk daily but stopped the moment I felt a little tired or out of breath. Just a light 15-20 minute stroll after meals is more than enough.
