Someone in my building told me toothpaste se bhi test ho jata hai at home. Im a few days late and curious before i go to the chemist. Has anyone actually tried this, does it give right result?
These home hacks are not reliable at all. When I was trying, I always used standard kits and followed up with my doctor for regular blood tests to check my levels. Please get a proper kit from the chemist.
There is zero scientific evidence behind the toothpaste test. My doctor explained that toothpaste can foam up simply because of the acidic nature of urine, not because of hCG hormones. Please use a proper medical test kit for accurate results.
Oh god, please don't rely on this! I almost had a panic attack because the toothpaste didn't react when I tried it, but my actual test kit was positive. It is completely inaccurate and will only make you overthink, so please use a proper kit.
I remember asking the head nurse at my hospital about these DIY toothpaste tests out of curiosity. She told me they are absolutely unreliable and can give wrong results. It's always best to do a proper blood test or standard kit test.
I actually tried this toothpaste test in my first trimester out of anxiety and it confused me so much! Did anyone else also get a weird blue color change? Honestly, it's not accurate, and a regular home kit is much better.
