We have a family wedding coming up and it's like a 6 hour journey by car. Im in my 4th month now and feeling okay mostly. Just thoda worried about the long sitting and bumpy roads. did anyone travel around this time, how was it?
My doctor said second trimester is the safest for travel because nausea settles and risk is lower. She only told me to avoid very long road trips without breaks and to carry my reports along.
Mostly its fine but pls get a quick ok from your gynac first, specially if you've had any spotting or other issue. Mine cleared me before I booked anything.
4th month is actually the best window to travel, second trimester. I went to my parents place by train in my 5th month, no issues. Just take breaks, keep water and snacks handy.
