My period is 5 days late and i keep getting this mild pulling pain in my lower tummy. Im hoping it means good news but it could also just be cramps na. Did anyone feel tummy pain before they found out?
I felt mild cramps in my early days and honestly thought my period was coming. Turned out I was pregnant. So a little pulling pain can be a sign, but it's not a sure one.
Mild tummy twinges can happen but they also happen with periods and gas, so it proves nothing on its own. A test after your missed period is the only real answer. But if pain is sharp or severe, dont wait, call your gynac.
Light cramps can be normal, but strong pain, bleeding or one sided pain needs a doctor immediately. Please dont ignore severe pain. For a yes or no, just test after the missed period.
I had this exact confusion, mild aches and no clue if it meant anything. Did others feel mild cramps early too? It eased up for me but the waiting was nerve wracking.
