My periods are 4 days late and since yesterday my upper back is aching weirdly, something i dont usually get. Trying to not get my hopes up too much but cant stop wondering. did anyone have back pain as an early sign?

Back pain can happen but it is not a reliable early sign on its own, posture and changes cause it too. A missed period and a positive test are the real confirmation. If you suspect pregnancy just take a test.
My app listed back aches as a possible early symptom but also said it is not specific. I logged my symptoms and just tested when my period was late. The test is what actually confirms it.
