We are trying this month and im having this dull ache in my upper back since couple days, which is unusual for me. Could be in my head but im noticing every little thing. Did anyone get upper back pain before their bfp?
I felt achy in my upper back and shoulders quite early on, along with the tiredness. I think it was the hormone changes and my posture shifting. A warm compress gave me some relief.
Mild back ache can be normal early on, but if its severe or with fever or burning urine, please get it checked. Sometimes back pain is from a UTI or kidney. Better to confirm with your gynac.
For me back pain came partly from all the bending over while vomiting honestly. Hormones loosen the ligaments too. Light stretching and a heat pad helped me cope.
