I took the home strip test and it showed two lines but the second one was a bit faint. Now im confused if i can fully trust it or i should go for blood test. how reliable were these for you?
Yes they are quite accurate if done at the right time, ideally after the missed period with morning urine. Testing too early is what causes wrong results, not the test itself. If u get a faint or confusing line, retest after a couple days or do a blood test.
My gynac said home urine tests are very reliable when used correctly with first morning sample. She added a blood test confirms it more precisely if needed. So accurate yes, but timing and following the instructions matters a lot.
