Yes UTIs are quite common in pregnancy, I got one in my second. Dont ignore burning or frequent urge, mine needed treatment from the doctor. Drink plenty of water and tell your gynac early, dont self medicate.
Please take a UTI seriously in pregnancy, untreated it can cause problems. I had one and the doctor gave a safe medicine that cleared it quickly. If you feel burning, fever or back pain, go in soon.
