Honestly, I couldn't even see down there past my bump by month 7, let alone use creams! I just treated myself to a nice safe parlor waxing session and bought a tub of ice cream on the way back. Skip the smelly creams and pamper yourself instead!
Pregnancy makes your skin extremely sensitive, so chemical creams can cause severe rashes or allergic reactions. Please ask your gynac before using any hair removal creams down there. Shaving or professional waxing under hygienic conditions is usually much safer.
I am in my second trimester and also struggling with grooming since my bump is growing. I am too scared to use Veet because of the strong chemicals and smell. Have any of you successfully used it or did you switch to waxing?
I completely understand worrying about every single beauty product during pregnancy because I was also terrified of chemicals. Using hair removal creams on sensitive areas can feel risky. It is totally okay to feel anxious, but maybe try trimming or shaving to feel safer.
