I love adding it in my salads and noodles n suddenly thought maybe i should check. Nothing serious just curious if small amounts in food is ok during these months.
We use a little sirka in pickles and food at home, that is okay in small quantity. But don't go drinking it for some remedy you read somewhere. Ghar ka khana with normal vinegar is fine.
Cooking quantity was okay for me. But please don't start any vinegar drink trend for weight or sugar, those things should go through your doctor. Food use only is what I stuck to.
Normal vinegar used in cooking in small amounts is generally fine. I used it in food without issues. For anything like daily apple cider vinegar drinks, I would just check with the doctor first.
Honestly don't stress over a little vinegar in your food. It is not something to worry about in normal amounts. Just skip the weird internet detox drinks and you are good.
Yaar in cooking it is totally normal, like in chinese or salads. Actually I had it many times. Just avoid raw unpasteurised types and don't drink it like a tonic, that's it.
