Im in my first trimester and trying to eat healthy. I love oranges and amla but not sure how much vitamin c is fine right now. Did ur doctors say anything abt this?
My mom always gave me amla and citrus fruits and they are great natural sources. I never took extra pills for it though. Food first, and for any supplement just ask your gynac na.
