My back is killing me these days, im 5 months in and the pain is constant. I usually reach for volini spray but stopped myself this time. Want to confirm with my doc but has anyone used it during pregnancy?
Please dont use pain sprays or gels on your own during pregnancy, some arent recommended. I always asked my gynac before applying anything. For body aches she suggested safe ways like warm compress instead.
I avoided pain relief gels both pregnancies unless the doctor okayed it. For back and leg pain a hot water bag and rest worked better anyway. Dont self apply random stuff, just ask her.
