Is vomiting good for pregnancy?

Im throwing up so much these days, 9 weeks and its rough. My mom says ulti hona means baby is strong and healthy. Is there any truth to this ya just a saying to make me feel better lol?

I completely understand how awful it feels to throw up constantly, it can make u feel so weak and anxious. While it usually means your hormones are active and healthy, please don't suffer in silence. If it's too much, ask your doctor for safe anti-nausea meds.

Humare yahan toh kehte hain ki ulti aana matlab bachha andar swasth hai! Par beta, agar jyada ulti ho toh sharir me paani ki kami ho sakti hai. Thoda thoda nimbu paani peete rehna.
