My lower waist and back have been aching for a few days and my period is late by almost a week. Im wondering if this could be an early sign before i test. Anyone felt this kind of dull pain in the beginning?
It can be one of the symptoms, but waist pain happens for many reasons, so it's not a confirm sign on its own. A test after a missed period will tell you clearly. Don't read too much into one ache.
Mild ache is usually fine, but if it's severe or with bleeding please check with your doctor. I had to once and it was nothing serious, but better safe. Trust your gut on pain.
