Is walking enough while trying to conceive in pcos?
Diagnosed with pcos last year and we are trying since 6 months. I walk around 40 min daily but honestly i cant do heavy gym. Is walking alone enough for ttc or do i need more? Would love to hear from other pcos girls.
Walking definitely helped me with PCOS, even just 30 to 40 mins daily improved my cycles a bit. But honestly I also needed my doctors guidance with meds. So walking is great but dont rely on it alone.
My gynac said with PCOS even a modest weight loss and regular brisk walking can help ovulation. But she also checked my hormones and gave a plan. So combine walking with proper medical follow up.
Walking is a wonderful start and it helps with weight and insulin. I added some light yoga too after my doctor okayed it. Consistency matters more than intensity honestly.
