Im 7 weeks and used to walk daily before. Now my MIL says rest karo, dont move too much in starting. But i feel restless sitting all day. Is light walking okay early on or should i wait?
I'm in my second trimester and my doctor said light walking is fine, but sometimes I feel a bit tired after. Did anyone else feel that way in early pregnancy? Like, is it normal to feel a bit out of breath just from a small walk?
Dekho, walking is good for sure, unless your doctor has specifically told you not to. Just maintain a comfortable pace, don't push yourself, aur hydated raho. It helps with a lot of small issues like bloating also.
Absolutely, walking is really good! Unless your doc has told you otherwise, a light walk is perfect to keep you active and help with blood circulation. Just listen to your body and don't overdo it. I walked throughout both my pregnancies.
See, generally, light exercise like walking is recommended, but *only* if your gynac has given you the green signal. I confirmed with my doctor first, and then I kept up with my walks and prenatal yoga. It's best to always check with your medical professional before starting anything new.
Haanji, walking is generally good only. Mere saasumaa bhi kehte the ki thoda ghumna chahiye, ghar ke kaam toh hote hi hain but ek proper walk se body theek rehti hai. Bas zyada thakna mat, thoda slowly chalo.
