Just entered my 2nd trimester and feeling much better than the early weeks, finally some energy back. I want to start daily walking in the evening but not sure how much is ok at this stage. Anyone who walked through their pregnancy, did it help?
Walking was the one thing my doctor encouraged all through my second trimester. I did 20 to 30 min daily and felt so much better with energy and digestion. Just got her okay first since every pregnancy differs.
I tracked my steps on an app and aimed for easy daily walks, it kept me motivated. Second trimester is the best phase for it na, energy is back. Doctor cleared me so I went for it.
Yes, walking is one of the safest exercises in pregnancy. Keep it gentle, wear good shoes and dont overheat. It helped my back and sleep a lot in the middle months.
