Im in my first trimester and noticing more white discharge than usual. Is this a normal pregnancy thing or should i be worried? First time so im not sure whats okay and whats not.
Yes mild white discharge is very normal in pregnancy, the body produces more of it. As long as it is not itchy, smelly or yellow-green, it is fine. I had it in both pregnancies, totally common.

Normal white discharge is fine, but if it suddenly changes colour, smells bad, or causes itching and burning, do tell your gynac. I had a small infection once and it needed treatment. Just keep an eye on it.
