Is white discharge normal during 4th month of pregnancy?
Been noticing thoda extra white discharge since this week, no smell or itching though. 4th month chal raha hai and im a bit worried if its something to worry about. Anyone else had this around same time?
Honestly, I had some complications in my pregnancy, so I learned to be very cautious about any new symptom. While some discharge is typical, any significant change in amount, smell, or color should definitely be checked by your doctor. Don't delay it, just get it looked at.
Haan, thoda white discharge toh normal hota hai during pregnancy. Meri saas bhi kehti thi ki body changes aate hain. Bas agar bahut zyada smell ho, ya colour change ho, toh apne doctor ko dikha lena, they know best.
Generally, a little bit of clear or milky white discharge is normal because of hormone changes during pregnancy. But if it's thick, lumpy, or itchy, that could be an infection. Though my focus was on diet due to gestational diabetes, any new symptom needs a doctor's checkup.
Yaar, actually, white discharge is pretty common when you're pregnant, especially in the second trimester. It's called leukorrhea. As long as it's not itchy, smelling bad, or weirdly colored, you're probably fine. But if you're worried, just call your gynac na, better safe than sorry!
Most pregnancy apps mention that increased white discharge is a normal part of pregnancy, thanks to hormones and increased blood flow. Keep an eye on its consistency and any associated itching or odor. If anything feels off, log it in your app and definitely discuss it with your doctor at your next appointment, or sooner if it's bothering you.
