Im around 9 weeks and noticing more white discharge than usual. Got a little tension if this is normal in pregnancy or something to worry about. has anyone else had this?
Yes, an increase in clear or milky white discharge (leukorrhea) is very common and normal during pregnancy. It's due to increased estrogen and blood flow to the vaginal area. However, if it changes color, smells foul, or is accompanied by itching or pain, then you must get it checked by your doctor right away for infection.
Haan ji, white discharge toh bilkul common hai pregnancy mein, especially jab hormones badhte hain. It's normal to have more of it. Na darr, but haan, agar usmein badbu aaye ya colour change ho ya itching ho, toh apni gynac se zaroor consult karna, theek hai? Dhyaan rakhna.
Oh god, yes! So much white discharge, it feels like a constant waterfall down there sometimes! It's totally normal, apparently. One more glamorous part of pregnancy they don't tell you about. Just make sure it's not yellow or smelly, then it's infection time, and you need to see the doc for sure!
Haan, white discharge is quite common. I had it too. My gynac always told me to watch out for any changes in colour, smell, or if it causes itching. With my thyroid, I always had to be careful with any symptoms, so I'd say if you're worried at all, just call your doctor to be safe. Better safe than sorry.
Absolutely, white discharge is super common throughout pregnancy. It's called leukorrhea, and it's your body's way of protecting the birth canal from infection. As long as it's thin, milky white, and doesn't smell bad or cause itching, you're fine. If anything changes drastically, call your doctor.
