We make mooli paratha quite often at home and lately im craving it a lot. Just wanted to check if its fine to eat regularly now that im pregnant. anyone been eating it?
Mooli is fine beta, good for digestion and has vitamin C. Just wash it very well and eat fresh, avoid if it gives you too much gas. In moderation its healthy.
