It is absolutely safe and actually a very cheap, natural way to clean fruits and vegetables at home instead of buying expensive veggie washes. Just dilute a little white vinegar in water to wash your fresh produce and save some money for your delivery tests!
I use a splash of white vinegar in my salads sometimes and it's totally safe in normal food amounts. I just make sure to keep up with my regular walks to help with any mild acidity it might cause, but definitely check with your doctor if you have severe acid reflux.
Beta, khane me thoda bohot sirka dalna toh thik hai, par ise zyada mat khana kyunki isse pet me acidity aur jalan ho sakti hai. Iski jagah nimbu ka ras istemal karo toh wo sehat ke liye zyada faydemand hoga.
I've been using a little bit of white vinegar in my Chinese cravings lately and had no issues. But is it safe to use it for cleaning vegetable skins too, or does it leave some chemical residue? Would love to know if others do this!
