We are ttc since couple months and i used to do regular yoga before. Dont want to stop something thats actually good but also dont want to do any pose thats not advisable right now. What did u all follow?
Yoga and pranayam kept me calm and positive in that whole phase, which I think matters a lot. A peaceful mind helps the body na. Keep it gentle and joyful, not a hard workout.
Gentle yoga is generally fine, but avoid the very intense or extreme postures. If you have any condition like PCOS or back issues, just check with your doctor on which poses suit you. Safety first na.
I did gentle yoga while we were trying and it really helped my stress and cycle feel more balanced. Nothing too intense, just calming flows and breathing. As long as your doctor has no objection, it's lovely for the mind too.
