I was doing zumba 3 times a week before we started trying. Now during the two week wait I get scared if jumping and fast steps can affect anything. Did anyone continue workouts while TTC?
Generally zumba is considered safe in the trying phase, it's only after pregnancy is confirmed that you might need to switch to gentler stuff. Best is to mention your routine to your gynac at your next visit so she can guide based on your health.
Honestly when I was trying I kept my zumba going, just toned down the very jumpy moves. My gynac said low impact is totally fine before u conceive, only once you actually get pregnant she wanted me to slow down. Maybe just ask urs once to be sure.
With my pcos doc actually encouraged some cardio like zumba to help with conceiving, so it can be good. But everyone's body is diff na, so check with ur own doctor about how much intensity is okay for you.
