Is.4kg weight.okay.to.lift when trying to conceive?
We are trying to conceive since few months and i do light workouts at home. Bas confused if lifting around 4kg is okay or i should avoid weights completely right now. Anyone in TTC phase been doing this?
Haha, 4 kg is basically the weight of a big watermelon or a heavy grocery run with delicious snacks! It's totally fine to lift normal daily things, just don't do heavy gym weights. Keep eating healthy and stay happy!
I remember analyzing every single movement when I was trying to conceive, it's such an emotional phase! 4 kg is totally fine for daily chores, so don't feel guilty. Wishing you all the luck in the world, sweetie!
I totally understand how stressful every little detail feels during this time. 4 kg is usually very safe and shouldn't cause any issues, so please don't worry. Take care of your mental peace, sending you warm hugs!
Lifting 4 kg is generally quite safe unless your doctor has specifically asked you to be on pelvic rest. Just remember to use your legs, not your back, to lift things. Don't worry too much, our bodies are stronger than we think!
In my experience, I kept doing my normal household work, which involved lifting small bags around 3-4 kgs, and had no issues. However, if you are undergoing any fertility treatments, it's best to ask your doctor directly.
I felt so paranoid about lifting anything at all when we were trying, even a bucket of water! But my doctor reassured me that normal daily activities don't affect implantation. Just be gentle with your body and don't panic.
Honestly yaar, 4 kg is not that heavy, it's like a medium grocery bag. But actually, when trying to conceive, it's better to avoid sudden heavy lifting or straining your core. Just stay relaxed and don't stress too much.
