Just entered my 2nd trimester and I want to fix my diet properly now. Honestly there is so much info out there that im confused matlab kya zaroori hai. What are the foods you all made sure to eat daily?
Please make sure whatever you eat is cooked thoroughly and washed very well. Avoid raw papaya or pineapple, and stay away from outside food to prevent infections. Keeping your body safe and nourished is the main priority.
I totally understand how much you want to give the best to your little one. Try to include fresh milk, green leafy veggies, and dry fruits in your daily routine. Eating with love is the best nutrition for your baby.
Don't stress about fancy diet charts, dear. Just focus on simple home-cooked meals with plenty of dal, green veggies, and seasonal fruits. Keep drinking lots of water and take your doctor's supplements on time.
I am planning my pregnancy now and saving all these helpful food tips. It seems like protein-rich foods like paneer and curd are highly recommended. What fruits did you all eat the most?
Honestly, the only 'must' food is whatever stays down in your stomach! I practically lived on glucose biscuits and water in my first trimester. Just eat what you like and take your vitamins regularly.
I just look at my baby now and realize how important those daily glasses of milk and boiled eggs were. Don't force yourself if you have severe aversion, just do your best. You are doing a wonderful job mama.
