First time pregnant and i love reading, want to actually understand whats happening week by week instead of just googling everything. Which books did you all find helpful? Open to indian authors too if any are good.
You dont need to spend much, lots of good info is free online and in apps. If you want one book, borrow or buy a single trimester guide. Save the money for baby stuff, trust me you'll need it.
I loved having a book to flip through at night, it made me feel less alone and more prepared. What To Expect was my comfort read. Find one that feels warm to you, that matters more than the title.
Honestly I leaned more on a good pregnancy app week by week than books, it was easier on the phone. But What To Expect When You're Expecting is the classic everyone mentions. Pick one book plus an app and you're sorted.
Don't go buying ten books, you wont read them. One solid week by week guide is enough. Most of my real learning came from my doctor and my own mom honestly.
