Im in my first trimester and honestly a bit scared it might harm the baby. My husband is being understanding but we both are confused. Is it safe na or should we wait?
In a normal healthy pregnancy its completely safe, the baby is well protected. We did and nothing happened. Just listen to your body and stop if anything feels off.
Yaar its normal and fine in most pregnancies, dont feel weird about it. Just be gentle and comfortable. If u ever feel cramping after, mention to ur doc, but mostly its okay.
Its a normal part of pregnancy for many couples and nothing to be ashamed of. Comfort and your doctors green signal are the only two things to keep in mind. Don't overthink it.
For uncomplicated pregnancies its generally safe right through. But if you have placenta issues, bleeding or risk of preterm labour the doctor may advise against it. So one quick check with your gynac and you'll know for sure.
It depends on your pregnancy honestly. I had a low lying placenta so my doctor asked us to avoid it for some weeks. Pls ask your own gynac, especially if you have any bleeding or pain history.
