We are ttc since 2 months and i love spicy food, can't survive without mirchi haha. My friend said cut down spice while trying. Does it really matter or im overthinking?
Why would chillies stop you from conceiving? It's just a spice! Eat normally but don't eat so much that u end up with a stomach ache or piles. Balance is everything.
My toddler now eats non-spicy food, but when I was trying to conceive, I couldn't live without spicy food. It had zero impact on my pregnancy. Don't stress over such minor things.
Haan, thoda bohot tikha toh chalta hai na, usme kya problem hai. Just don't go overboard with red chilli powder. Green chillies in normal tadka is totally fine, chill maro.
Normal chillies in your food are absolutely fine, but try not to make it too spicy. During my recovery after C-section, I realized how important good digestion is, so it's best to build healthy eating habits from now.
I recently had my baby and honestly, I ate spicy food even when we were trying to conceive. It doesn't affect your chances at all, but too much spice can give u bad acidity, so keep it in limit.
Haha, chillies won't block the sperm, don't worry! I ate spicy biryani throughout and ended up with twins. Just make sure your stomach can handle the heat!
Oh, I was wondering the same thing! I love spicy food and was worried I'll have to stop eating green chillies completely. Glad to know we don't have to quit our fav foods while trying.
You can have normal chillies, but if you suffer from severe acidity, try drinking fennel (saunf) water. Of course, if you have any real reproductive health issues, it's always best to consult a doctor.
