My size has changed a lot and normal bras feel so tight now, specially while sleeping. saas said remove it at night but im not sure whats better for us. what did u all do?
Oh definitely, wear something comfortable that gives good support. Your breasts will get heavier and more sensitive during pregnancy, so a good maternity bra helps a lot with comfort and preventing sagging later. Just make sure it's not too tight, agar discomfort ho toh change it.
Dear, listen to your body always. Pregnancy brings so many changes, and comfort becomes super important. Choose soft fabrics and styles that don't press too much. It's all about making yourself feel good and supported through this beautiful journey.
Haanji, bilkul peheno. Na peheno toh fir bohot uncomfortable ho jaata hai. Acha wala, soft cotton ka, jo tight na ho, wahi lena. Raat mein bhi comfy wala, ya sports bra type, pehen sakti ho agar jyada discomfort na ho.
Yesss, totally wear one! Your breasts will grow quite a bit so you'll need the support. Get some nice maternity bras, they're super comfy and usually wire-free. It makes such a difference, believe me! ✨ Your comfort is top priority!
Just delivered my baby, and seriously, a good bra was a lifesaver throughout my pregnancy. My breasts were so tender and heavy, especially in the last trimester. I wore a soft, non-wired one even at night sometimes, it helped reduce the pain. So yeah, definitely recommend it for support.
Honestly, it's really about what feels right for your body, but comfort is key. My gynac actually suggested wearing a soft, non-wired one to avoid any pressure points. If you feel any discomfort or pain, you should definitely ask your doctor about it, they can guide you best for your specific case.
