We are trying since 3 months and my MIL keeps saying ki zyada walking mat kar warna baby nahi thehrega. But i feel walking is good na for body? Thoda confused, anyone here who walked while trying?
Oh god, walk as much as you can now, because once you conceive (and if you end up with twins like me!), you won't even be able to lift your legs. Honestly, it keeps your body active and ready for the massive task ahead. Walk comfortably, no need to run marathons.
Ghar pe normal routine maintain rakho, walk karna to sabse achha aur sasta tareeqa hai fit rehne ka. 20-30 mins daily walk is more than enough. No need for expensive gym memberships, bas park ya terrace pe ghum lo subah shaam.
