We have been trying since 3 months and my MIL keeps telling me to rest more and stop my evening walks. But i feel walking keeps me fresh na. Just confused if it actually affects conceiving, anyone went through this?
For me with pcos walking helped a lot honestly, doc said regular movement improves chances. Just dont overdo intense workouts. Slow and steady was what worked for me, but everyones body is diff.
My amma always said keep moving, dont lie down all day. Light walking is good na. But for anything specific better ask ur doctor, they know ur case best.
Walking is one of the safest things u can do during this time. It wont stop u from conceiving at all, dont worry about that. Just listen to ur body and rest when tired.
Walking is actually really good while u r trying to conceive. Keeps weight in check and reduces stress which matters a lot. I just kept it gentle, 20-30 min, nothing heavy. But ya check with ur gynac if u have any health issue first.
