Should you wash after intercourse if trying to conceive?

Always had the habit of going to washroom and cleaning up right after but now im worried it might be reducing our chances. We just started trying this month. What do u all do?

I never rushed to the bathroom right after, just relaxed for a bit. Normal washing later is fine, no need to overthink. Internal washing is a no, that is the only rule.

You can do normal external cleaning, that is fine and hygienic. Just dont douche or wash internally, that can disturb things. Lying down for a little while after is more useful than rushing to wash.
