First trimester chal raha hai and i just want to be extra careful this time. Not sure what daily things i should avoid, like lifting or travelling etc. Pls tell me what u stopped doing in early days.
In early pregnancy, it's best to be a bit careful. Avoid lifting heavy things, and don't do any strenuous exercises that make you very tired or out of breath. Also, stay away from hot baths or jacuzzis. Just focus on simple, light activities like walking and resting well. Always better to be safe and listen to your body.
I totally freaked out about every little thing in my first trimester! But don't worry too much, mainly avoid heavy lifting, intense ab exercises, and anything that could cause a fall. Also, no hot tubs or saunas. Your body is super resilient, just be mindful and listen to what your doctor says. Simple walks are great, though!
With PCOS, I was always extra careful, especially in the early stages. It's best to avoid anything that involves heavy impact, sudden jerks, or puts a lot of strain on your abdominal area. So, no heavy lifting, intense workouts, or risky activities. Also, avoid extremely hot baths or saunas. Always check with your doctor about your specific condition and what activities are safe for you.
Oh, the anxiety around what to do and what not to do in early pregnancy is real, isn't it? I remember feeling so paranoid! Generally, it's best to avoid heavy lifting, strenuous exercises, and any sports with a risk of falling or impact. Also, hot tubs and saunas are a no-no. Your body is doing so much work, so just take it easy and ask your gynac about specific concerns.
Achha, early pregnancy mein sabse pehle toh heavy lifting bilkul avoid karo, na? Aur koi bhi aise kaam jismein pet par zyada zor pade. Sports jaise running ya high-impact exercises bhi doc se pooche bina mat karna. Hot water bath bhi avoid karte hain. Basically, apne aap ko aaram do aur jyada zor mat lagao, haan?
