Second trimester chal raha hai and I have a lot of free time at home now. Just want to stay a little active and not be lazy whole day. What all do u all do to pass time and stay healthy?
My little one is a toddler now, but during my pregnancy I loved painting and doing mild stretches. Looking back, those quiet hobbies kept my mind so peaceful before the chaotic baby years started.
I panicked so much in my first month and literally sat on the bed doing nothing. But later I realized staying active is so normal and healthy! Doing light dusting and small walks is completely fine, don't worry.
I am still trying to conceive, but my bhabhi used to do very gentle walking and read positive books. I feel keeping yourself happy and calm is the best activity during this beautiful phase.
I only did normal ghar ka kaam and avoided lifting anything heavy. Personally, I didn't join any special exercise classes and just stuck to listening to light music and resting.
My MIL told me to take complete bed rest, but my doctor advised that light walking is very good for normal delivery. I listened to my doc and did small walks inside the compound, plus some light breathing exercises.
Keep it active but simple. I registered for prenatal yoga classes online and walked for 30 minutes in my society daily. Just stay hydrated and don't overdo anything.
