First time pregnant and feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the dos and donts coming from every side. i just want a simple idea of what i should actually be doing for these months. share whatever helped you na.
I'm following a similar list, eating well, walking, taking my tablets and going for every checkup. Reading a bit each week so I know what's coming. Would love to hear what else the experienced moms suggest!
I used a pregnancy tracker app to follow each week, it told me what tests and scans were due and when. Helped me not miss appointments. Plus folic acid, good food, walks and water. Keeps the whole thing organised honestly.
Realistically, prioritise your scans and tests, take your supplements daily, eat decent meals even when busy, and rest when you can. You dont need an elaborate routine, just dont skip the medical stuff. Thats what I did managing job and pregnancy.
Keep it simple, regular checkups, take your prescribed supplements, eat balanced, stay active as doc allows, sleep well and reduce stress. Dont try to do everything from every reel you see, basics done well are enough.
Eat home cooked nourishing food, light walks, gentle prenatal yoga if doctor allows, and lots of rest. My mother also gave me a relaxing oil massage in later months. But all the medical guidance, follow your gynac fully.
